When first established in 1992, Flourchemie employed a total of 87 people. Since then the number has risen to around 200. The Fluorchemie Group offers traineeships in the commerce and maintenance departments, as well as in the chemical laboratories. Employees of the Fluorchemie Group are highly experienced and extremely well qualified. All fundamental areas are run with optimal resources.

The executive director Dr. Christian Rocktäschel has had many years experience in the chemical industry, in both the technical and commercial sectors. Between 1986 and 1992 he was Chairman of the Board of Executives of Martinswerk GmbH, a company in Bergheim, Germany with over 1,000 employees. The subsequent acquisition of Fluorchemie Dohna enabled him to establish his autonomy.
